Why?

This may seem like a rather random tumblr to start, and I agree. Had I been you, I would have left already. Having said that, I am not you and while you are you, you and I are really where it’s at, as you will see if you continue reading this blog.

Today, I came across Martin Buber’s amazing book “I and Thou” and it’s full of the sort of wisdom that could change my life if I figure out what it means. And so, without further ado here is your first taste of the Buber wisdom:

The world as experience belongs to the basic word I-It.
The basic word I-You establishes the world of relation.
